We introduce tools and materials methodically, each session building on the last. We are available in between sessions as needed, and our multi-year engagements ensure that your team is using its new tools and knowledge to the fullest extent.

Workshops

If you are looking to fit a sales or leadership training into an upcoming conference, retreat or annual meeting, a workshop package may be ideal for you. We customize half-day, full-day and multi-day workshops. We can also plan workshops for teams that span regions; we'll provide the same training to teams in different cities with a multi-day, multi-location workshop.

Coaching

We are senstive to individual needs when it comes to coaching, and are flexible in our planning to accommodate your schedule and work style. We begin with an in-person meeting, in order to get to know the person to be coached and his or her supervisor. During that meeting we identify challenges, strengths and areas for improvement. Based on this initial meeting, we customize a minimum 12-week coaching program of weekly conference calls.
